| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 lb dried beef | 2 T butter | 2 T flour |
| 2 cups rich milk or table cream | 1/4 cup sliced, stuffed olives | |
| 1 | Soak dried beef in warm water to cover a few minutes. Melt butter and saute the drained beef a few minutes, being sure it is well covered with the butter. Add flour, sprinkling over beef. Slowly add milk, making cream sauce. Last, add olives. |
