| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut in strips | 2 cloves garlic, minced | 2 T oil |
| 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted | 2 cups pineapple chunks, with syrup | 2 cups cooked chicken, diced |
| 2 T soy sauce | 3 cups cooked rice | 1/2 cup slivered almonds or chopped macadamia nuts |
| 1 | Saute pepper and garlic in oil until pepper is soft. Blend in soup and pineapple syrup. Gently blend in chicken, pineapple and soy sauce. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice. Garnish with nuts. |
