INGREDIENTS:
2 T cornstarch or arrowroot 3 T sugar 1/8 t salt
2 cups coconut milk



1 Make smooth paste of cornstarch, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Scald remaining milk over low heat, stirring rapidly. Add mixture to scalded milk. Cook over low heat until clear and coats spoon. Pour into a shallow pan. Refrigerate until firm.
