| 3 fryers, quartered | 1/4 cup catsup | 1/4 cup soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup chicken stock | 3 T frozen pineapple concentrate | 1 T ginger freshly chopped |
| 2 T Worcestershire Sauce | ||
| 1 | Mix catsup, soy sauce, wine or chicken stock, pineapple concentrate, ginger, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush part over chicken. Grill, 5" to 6" from grayed coals. Turn often and baste often with sacue. Cook about 40 minutes or until chicken is browned and well done. |
