| 2 to 3 lbs fresh halibut, mahi mahi, swordfish | marinade of your choice, preferably one with sherry and ginger | |
| 1 | Arrange fish in baking dish. Pour marinade over fish. Marinate 1 hour. Remove and place on oiled grill over hot coals. Brush frequently with marinade. Barbecue 10 to 15 minutes. Turn carefully with spatula. Barbecue 10 or 15 minutes. Remove from grill with spatula. Brush with marinade. |
