| 1 sirloin steak, 1-1/2" to 2" thick | Teriyaki marinade | |
| 1 | Score fat edges of meat. Place in shallow non-metal dish. Pour marinade over meat. Cover. Marinate at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours, or 6 hours refrigerated. Turn often. Remove from marinade. Drain well. Grill 5" to 6" from grayed coals, 20 minutes or each side for rare. Brush often with marinade. |
