Chopped Salad with Feta, Green Onions, and Pine Nuts

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons balsmaic vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1/2 cup olive oil 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
6 large green onions, chopped 1 large red bell pepper, chopped 1 large yellow bell pepper, chopped
1-1/2 cups crumbled feta cheese 1-1/3 cups pine nuts, toasted 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill



1 Whisk first 4 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Gradually whisk in oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
2 Combine lettuce, green onions, bell peppers, feta cheese, pine nuts, and dill in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
