| 10 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled, halved lengthwise | 1/2 cup (about) chopped fresh chives | 1/4 cup mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard | ||
| 1 | Scoop yolks out of eggs; place in medium bowl. Mash with back of fork. Mix in 2 tablespoons chives, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season filling with salt and pepper. Mound filling in egg halves, dividing equally. Sprinkle with remaining chives. Arrange eggs on platter. |
