INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 package au gratin potatoes
2 cups hot water 2/3 cup milk 1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
1/3 cup sour cream



1 Cook beef and garlic powder in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
2 Add potatoes; sprinkle with sauce mix. Stir in water and milk. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
3 Stir in mushrooms and sour cream; cook until hot.
