| 1 | Grate almonds very fine, twice if necessary. Mix with sugar and almond extract and heat slightly. Cool and add a little extra sugar if necessary to knead into a dough. Cover dough tightly and let stand overnight. Shape into small balls, and tumble in grated chocolate. |
