INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cups almonds, grated 1-1/2 cups confectioner's sugar dash of almond extract
1 cup sweet chocolate, grated



1 Grate almonds very fine, twice if necessary. Mix with sugar and almond extract and heat slightly. Cool and add a little extra sugar if necessary to knead into a dough. Cover dough tightly and let stand overnight. Shape into small balls, and tumble in grated chocolate.
