| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 5 eggs, beaten | 1 cup sugar | 2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted |
| 3 cups grated raw sweet potatoes | 2 cups milk | 1/2 cup dark molasses |
| 1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon | 1/2 tsp ground allspice |
| 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg | ||
| 1 | Combine eggs, sugar, and butter. Mix well. |
| 2 | Stir in remaining ingredients. |
| 3 | Pour into 10" cast-iron skillet. |
| 4 | Bake uncovered at 375 for 35 minutes, or until top is browned. Stir top crust under. |
| 5 | Bake an additional 25 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes our clean. |
| 6 | Serve warm topped with whipped cream, whipped topping, or vanilla ice cream. |
