| 2 cups broccoli flowerets | 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves | 2 large cloves garlic |
| 1/4 cup pine nuts | 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt | 1/2 teaspoon pepper |
| 1 cup olive oil | 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese | |
| 1 | Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 6 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. With processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream, processing until mixture is blended. Transfer broccoli mixture to a small bowl, and stir in cheese. Serve immediately with warm buttered pasta. |
