Broccoli Pesto

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups broccoli flowerets 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves 2 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup pine nuts 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese



1 Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 6 ingredients. Cover and process until smooth. With processor running, pour oil through food chute in a slow, steady stream, processing until mixture is blended. Transfer broccoli mixture to a small bowl, and stir in cheese. Serve immediately with warm buttered pasta.
