Pepper-Lime Dip

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 tsp salt 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small hot pepper, seeded and minced
1/3 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice 1/3 cup minced onion 6 tbsp cold water
1-2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro (optinal)



1 Mash salt with garlic and hot pepper to form a paste. Stir in lime juice, onion, water and cilantro, if desired. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
