Red Chile Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
24 dried red chiles 2 cloves garlic 3 cups water
2 teaspoons salt



1 Wash chiles; remove stems, seeds, and veins. Place chiles on a baking sheet. Bake at 250 F for 10 to 15 minutes, turning often with tongs. Let cool. Rinse chiles with cold water; drain.
2 Place chiles and garlic in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process 10 seconds or until finely chopped. Add water and salt; cover and process 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is pureed. Store in refrigerator. Serve with beef, chicken, or eggs.
