Peppermint Fudge

INGREDIENTS:
12 oz pkg chocolate chips 1 c margarine 1-1/4 c plus 2 T powdered sugar
2 eggs 1 t vanilla 1 t peppermint



1 Melt 12 oz pkg chocolate chips, cool. While cooling, beat 1 c margarine, 1-1/4 c plus 2 T powdered sugar, 2 eggs until fluffy. Add chocolate mixture, 1 t vanilla, and 1 t peppermint. Put in 9"x13" pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate-cut into squares.
