Oysters with Caviar

INGREDIENTS:
24 oysters, freshly shucked 6 teaspoons caviar 6 teaspoons sour cream
juice of 1 lemon



1 Shuck the oysters and leave them in the half shell on a tray of ice. Top each oyster with 1/2 teaspoon sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon caviar. Squeeze the lemon entirely over the oysters and serve three per person.
