Dill Oil

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup fresh dill weed, snipped 1/4 teaspoon dried dill seed (optional) 1 cup olive oil



1 Wash the dill weed, pat dry and snip, using only the fragrant tips of the herb. Combine ingredients in a tightly covered bottle. Refrigerate overnight, then strain the oil. Serve with fish, beef or noodles.
