Pineapple Pops

INGREDIENTS:
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 1 tablespoon honey
1 large banana, peeled, mashed



1 In a small saucepan, combine pineapple and gelatin; let stand 1 minute. Add honey; cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into 5 (3-ounce) or 3 (5-ounce) paper cups or 7 (2-ounce) popsicle molds. Place in freezer until partially frozen. Insert an ice-pop stick in center of each cup or mold. Freeze until firm. To serve, peel off paper cups or dip molds in lukewarm water and remove pops.
