INGREDIENTS:
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin 1 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 cup half-and-half 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice 2 cups whipping cream



1 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacture's directions.
