| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened blackberries or boysenberries | 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin | 1/4 cup water |
| 2/3 cup sugar | 1/4 cup honey | 1/2 cup apple juice |
| 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred | 1/2 cup granola | |
| 1 | In a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree berries; strain and discard seeds. In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine with sugar, honey, apple juice, pureed berries, and yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. When frozen, stir in granola. |
