Raspberry-Marshmallow Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup water
1 cup unsweetened applesauce 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows, halved
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred



1 In a blender or food processor fitted with metal blade, puree raspberries. Strain and discard seeds. In a small saucepan, combine gelatin and water; let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine with pureed raspberries, applesauce, sugar, and marshmallows. Stir in yogurt. Cover; refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before freezing. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
