| 2 tablespoons water | 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin | 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped |
| 1-/2 cups low-fat milk | 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon | 2 teaspoons instant-coffee crystals |
| 3/4 cup sugar | 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt, stirred | |
| 1 | In a measuring cup, combine water and gelatin; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, milk, cinnamon, coffee crystals, and sugar. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat; stir in softened gelatin. Cool; then add yogurt. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. |
