Mushrooms in Sherry Butter

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups finely sliced mushrooms 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon dry sherry wine 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill



1 Put mushrooms in very hot butter. Season with salt and pepper and cook briskly for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add sherry and dill. Blend and serve with toast.
