| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2 cups finely sliced mushrooms | 2 tablespoons butter | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper | 1 tablespoon dry sherry wine | 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill |
| 1 | Put mushrooms in very hot butter. Season with salt and pepper and cook briskly for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add sherry and dill. Blend and serve with toast. |
