INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 shallot, minced 2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon salt



1 In a mixing bowl blend the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, shallot, peppers, relsih, white pepper, and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 day.
