INGREDIENTS:
fried oysters juice of 1/2 lemon dash of hot sauce
house salad wasabi vinaigrette



1 When you fry your oysters this time, do not drain them too thoroughly. After you retrieve them, put them in a pan and toss them in the lemon juice and hot sauce. While they are hot, pour them over the salad, and top with an ample drizzle of the Wasabi Vinaigrette. Serve with grilled garlic bread or even hot hushpuppies.
