Pork Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS:
1 rack pork baby back ribs (2-1/2 pounds) 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup apricot preserves 1/3 cup beef broth 3 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon brown sugar



1 Cut the ribs into five serving. In a Dutch oven, brown ribs in oil in batches. Place the onion in a 5-qt. slow cooker; top with ribs. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.
2 CoverCover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender.
