| 1 rack pork baby back ribs (2-1/2 pounds) | 2 tablespoons canola oil | 1 medium onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 cup apricot preserves | 1/3 cup beef broth | 3 tablespoons white vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | 1 tablespoon brown sugar | |
| 1 | Cut the ribs into five serving. In a Dutch oven, brown ribs in oil in batches. Place the onion in a 5-qt. slow cooker; top with ribs. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. |
