| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 2/3 cup boiling water | 2/3 cup rice | 2 cups cooked pork, cubed |
| 3 tbsp shortening | 1/4 cup leftover pork gravy | 1 cup sliced celery |
| 1 cup chopped onions | 1 (10-3/4-oz) can mushroom soup | 2 tbsp soy sauce |
| 1 | Pour water over rice; let stand for 1 hour. Brown pork in melted shortening; add gravy. Place in 2-qt casserole; cover with celery, onions and rice. Combine soup and soy sauce; spoon over top. Bake, uncovered, in 350 F. oven for 45 minutes. |
