Perry Sausage-Shell-Rice Pie

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb bulk pork sausage 1 cup finely crushed soda crackers 1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp salt 1/2 cup minced green pepper 1 can condensed tomato soup
3 cups cooked rice 1 cup grated cheese 1/4 tsp black pepper



1 Mix together first 5 ingredients; add half the soup. Pat mixture into 10-in pie pan. Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into shell. Bake in 350 F. oven for 1 hour. Cut into wedges; garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
