Big Red Chicken

INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken breasts, halved and boned 1/4 lb mushrooms, quartered 1 large clove of garlic, minced
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 2 tbsp butter 1 (1-lb) can whole onions, drained
1 pkg frozen Italian green beans 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp salt



1 Brown chicken and mushrooms in butter and garlic in skillet; add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, stirring occasinally. Serve with rice.
