| 1-1/2 cups flour | 2 tsp baking powder | 1 (8-oz) carton pineapple or unflavored yogurt |
| 1 cup coconut | 1 tsp cinnamon | 1 cup sugar |
| 1/2 tsp salt | 1/2 cup cooking oil | 2 eggs |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 9-in square pan. In large bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, yogurt, cooking oil and eggs. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. In small bowl, combine coconut, 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
