Greenleaf Choco-Peanut Puddings

INGREDIENTS:
2 doz. (8-oz) peanut butter cup candies 2 tbsp milk 3 eggs, separated
sweetened whipped cream



1 Melt peanut butter cup candies with milk over hot water. Stir until smoothly blended. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into chocolate peanut butter mixture. Pour into individual souffle cups or custard cups, or into one large 1-qt bowl or serving dish. Place in refrigerator until set. Serve with sweetened whipped cream
