| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 cup uncooked rice | 1 (10-1/2 oz) can consomme | 1/3 cup water |
| 1 tsp salt | 1 tsp parsley flakes | 1/4 tsp allspice |
| 2 tbsp butter | ||
| 1 | Combine all ingredients except rice in 1-1/2 qt casserole. Place in a slow oven (325 F) for 10 minutes or until butter is melted and liquid is hot. Stir in rice. Cover and bake in a slow oven (325 F) 35 to 40 minutes, or until rice is tender. |
