| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 3 lbs small red potatoes, pared | 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine | 1 tbsp lemon juice |
| 1 tsp dry mustard | 2 to 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley | |
| 1 | Cook potatoes in salted water until done. Drain. Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in lemon juice, mustard, and parsley. Pour over potatoes. |
