| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1/4 cup peanut butter | 1 (1-lb) can creamed corn (about 2 cups) | 2 eggs, beaten |
| 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | 1/8 tsp pepper | paprika |
| 1 | Stir peanut butter to soften. Blend in corn, then eggs. Stir in bacon and pepper. (Taste to see if salt is needed). Pour into 1-qt casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in slow oven 325 F. about 45 minutes, or until firm in center. |
