INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Scotch 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth dash of angostura bitters, optional
crushed ice lemon peel



1 Combine the Scotch, vermouth, and bitters, if using, in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a small cocktail or martini glass. Twist the lemon peel over the drink, drop it in, and serve.
