| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 large loaf French bread | 1/4 cup Mango Mustard | 1 lb smoked ham, thinly sliced |
| 1 lb roast pork, thinly sliced | 8 oz Swiss cheese, cut into narrow 1/4-inch strips | tomatoes, thinly sliced |
| dill pickles, thinly sliced | 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce | |
| 1 | Slice loaf in half lengthwise and spread both halves with Mango Mustard. Layer with alternating slices of ham, pork and cheese. Place both halves under the broiler until unfilled half is slightly toasted. Remove from heat and add tomatoes, pickles and lettuce to half with the meat and cheese on it. Top with other half and cut into 4 sandwiches. |
