| INGREDIENTS: | ||
| 1 3-ounce package lime gelatin | 1/2 cup boiling water | 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise | 1 No 1 can crushed pineapple, drained | 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped | 1 cup avocado, diced | 1/2 cup pineapple juice |
| 1 | Mix gelatin and water. Stir well. Stir in 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When thickened, add pineapple, salt, and lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise, whipped cream and avocado. Place in refrigerator until firm. Serve on salad greens. |
